           - Deposits can be made for any amount and at any time
           - Withdrawals may be for any amount
           - Dividends are paid monthly on the average daily balance and are
             subject to change without notice.

      (2) $10,000 Minimum Balance Required
           - Deposits can be made for any amount and at any time
           - Withdrawals may be for any amount
           - Dividends are paid monthly on the average daily balance and are
             subject to change without notice.
