Accident Disability Benefit
Monthly Disability Income begins on the 1st day of continuous disability and is payable for (6) six months if employee is totally disabled as a result of a covered accident. On -and -Off-the-job coverage. Pays full benefits in addition to Workers Compensation.

Sickness Disability Benefit
Monthly Disability Income begins on the 8th day of continuous disability and is payable for (6) six months if the employee is totally disabled as a result of a covered sickness. On -and -Off-the-job coverage. Pays full benefits in addition to Workers Compensation.
