C-MORE allows you access to your credit union account(s) and other useful credit union information 24 hours per day.    C-MORE is an acronym for "Carolina Members' On-Line Response Exchange". To use the service you'll need the following:
  • Your Member Number
  • Your Personal Access Code (Last 4 of SS#)

For our members' convenience, we also print C-MORE wallet-sized cards that contain helpful account type and menu information. These cards are available for the asking at any of our branch locations.

When C-MORE prompts you for the SHARE ID you wish to access, Valid Account Types are as follows:

      0 - Share Savings
      2 - Secondary Share
      Your Certificate # - Certificates
      8   - Christmas Club
      9   - IRA Shares
      Your Certificate #  - IRA Certificates
      Your Certificate # - Roth IRA CD
      Your Certificate # - Educational IRA CD
      13 - Daily Money Market
      14 - Jumbo Money Market
      16 - Roth IRA Share
      17 - Educational IRA Share
      24 - Share/Checking
      26 - Insurance Account
      61 - Share/Checking
      62 - Share/Checking

Balance Inquiry Menu

  1. For a share balance, press 1
  2. For loan balance, press 2
  3. For a list of all share accounts, press 3
  4. For a list of all loan accounts, press 4
  5. For a loan payoff, press 5
  6. For a share Account year-to-date dividend inquiry, press 6
  7. For a loan account year-to-date interest inquiry, press 7
  8. To return to the main menu, press 8

Transaction Inquiry Menu

  1. For a specific check, press 1
  2. For the last five withdrawals, press 2
